COVID-19

Procedures are in place to keep you and everyone else safe. Throughout the building there are signs that indicate traffic routes and reminders regarding hygiene precautions. There are sanitising stations throughout the building. You will be given more detailed information in your COVID-19 awareness lessons.

Please follow all the precautions that have been put in place at all times.

In Reception

• Keep mask on when entering
• Sanitise hands
• Take temperature
• Complete sign in sheet
• Scan in “Track and Trace”

When leaving HORIZON, you must remember to

• Put mask on before entering Reception
• Initial and time of leaving on sign in sheet
• Sanitise hands

Classrooms and workshops

• Sanitise on entry to classroom
• Wipe desk/work area with antiseptic wipe
• Only use own stationery out of own COVID Case
• All rooms must be kept clean and tidy
• Use tissue bins provided

Communal Areas

• Follow one-way system
• Wear your mask in communal areas, such as corridors
• Regularly sanitise hands
• Use bins provided

HORIZON Garden

• Sanitise hands before entering garden
• Masks must be worn when unable to socially distance at 2 metres
• Sanitise hands on entering the building
• Wash hands
