Jade Lincoln

After starting her extensive career in education at Lowestoft College (now East Coast College), Jade has spent 16 years in further education, teaching English, Maths, ICT and delivering The Prince’s Trust.

She has a wealth of knowledge working with young people and a passion to help them gain the qualifications and experience for them to succeed in furthering their careers and education. She has gained a Certificate in Education, City and Guilds Level 3 Delivering of English and Maths and TEFL.

Jade took a break in her further education career to bring up her family and most recently has gained valuable experience working at a care farm in Norfolk. This also gave her the opportunity to expand her knowledge of working with people with various physical and mental health needs which has strengthened her understanding and passion for helping others and working with vulnerable individuals.

Jade adopts the approach that everyone can succeed if they put their mind to it! She is fantastic asset to the Horizon team and is looking forward to the positive contribution that she can make.
